COCCIOLE: An original, unique format: not a simple shell but "the shell" which is found on the beaches of the Island of Mal di Ventre, off the Gulf of Oristano, in front of the West Coast of Sardinia; The Cocciole faithfully represent the shape of this typical shell and this very fascinating origin makes them traditional thanks to the special bond with the wonderful nature of Sardinia to which they refer. On the palate it is a very elegant, delicate pasta and its shape allows it to fully accommodate any seasoning.
